How will I know if my reservation is confirmed or not?


We will send an e-mail to confirm your reservation to the e-mail address provided on the reservation form.

Looking for the "Lowest Price"? Don't make a limo shopping mistake. The biggest mistake you could make when shopping for a limousine service is shopping on PRICE. Big mistake! In the limousine industry, there are many variances of quality and price. All too often, a cheaper price translates into a larger risk for you. Most consumers would not choose a restaurant or hotel based on price, yet people shop for a limo service this way and expect 5-star quality. If you shop for a limousine service based on price alone, you will likely be frustrated and disappointed with your limousine experience.Old vehicles, poor service, , dangerous vehicles, and under-insured services are all possible results of a "lowest price" limo shopping experience.


What is your Fair Competition Policy?


We believe that when you compare rates you should use an apple to apple principal.

When Do My Rental Charges Begin?


If the pickup location is within the Dfw Metroplex there are no travel time charges.If the pickup location is outside the Metroplex travel time begins when the vehicle leaves our garage and ends when the vehicle returns to our garage. 
Usually the time begins in the schedule pick up time or when customer enter the limo whatever comes first,and ends when customer leaves the limo or when schedule whatever is greater.


Are We Allowed to Drink Alcohol in the Limousine?


Yes, as long as everyone in the vehicle is at least 21 years of age. We provide a complimentary refreshment bar with soft drinks and ice. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages.

What Is the Minimum Amount of Time I Can Rent?

Most of the time there is at least a 3-hour minimum. During peak usage periods the minimums may rise to 4 hours and in case of a prom 6 hours.
All Dallas Cowboy stadium events are 6 hours minimum, Call our office and we will be glad to check your date and availability.


How Many People Can Fit in a Limousine?


Limousines, like all vehicles, are rated for maximum capacity. Generally limousines will comfortably hold 2 less passengers than the number of passengers attributed to the capacity of the vehicle. For example, a 14-passenger limousine will hold 12 adults comfortably, 10-passenger limousines will hold 8 adults comfortably, and 8-passenger limousines will hold 6 adults comfortably, and a 6-passenger limousine will hold 4 adults comfortably.


What is Your Cancellation Policy?


Sedan rentals require at least 4 hours notice of cancellation. Limo rentals require at least 96 hours notice of cancellation.On Limo rides -

The $100 deposit is nonrefundable.
No Refunds due to delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.) - Funds may be use for different date.


What is your Change Policy?


Federal Limousine requires that all changes be received by phone (changes cannot be made with chauffeurs) at least 5 hours prior to pick

up. Changes are subject to availability. If, a change cannot be accommodated and as a result you must cancel, you will be charged in full for the order. Reductions in the amount of time or vehicle size ordered are NOT permitted once an order is confirmed.


How do I know what size limousine is best for my needs?


Federal Limousine has sedans (2-3 passengers), stretch limousines (up to 8 passengers), super stretch limousines (up to 12 passengers), SUV's (up to 6 people), passenger vans (up to 14 people) and super stretch SUV's (up to 20 passengers). For the best comfort for your event you should subtract 2 from the above numbers (except for sedans). We'll help you choose the right vehicle when you are booking your trip.

How do I handle the gratuity for the chauffeur?

Tips are optional . Standard gratuity is between 15% and 20% of your trip, about what you would pay at a restaurant. We do not dictate gratuity except in the case of a corporate or 3rd party bookings where there is a required 20% minimum for gratuity. When You use Barter or Coupons - Gratuity will be 25%. Many times you can either pay your chauffeur cash or add the gratuity to your credit card after the trip is completed.


How far in advance should I book my wedding?


As soon as you have confirmed your wedding date, church and reception location it is a good idea to book your limousine. The wedding season books quite early for specialty vehicles, so you will want to make your reservation as soon as you have your information.

What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?

Federal Limousine updates all flight arrival times and we arrive when your plane lands, no matter whether you arrive late or early provided we have a correct flight number and arrival city.

How much time do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Airport Transfer Reservation

Federal Limousine provides 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals Arrivals) of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation.


Where Can I find My Driver ?


Unless there is a special request driver will wait in the Limo Area, With a special request -

We will meet at baggage claim area - This is option is availible with Sedan , Vans and SUVs.
It is not availible on Limo Pick Ups.
At Dallas Love field there one Limo area around 50 feet from baggage claim.
At DFW there is 5 terminals, Each terminal has 3 Limo areas.
Federal Limo driver will be waiting at nearest Limo Area to the gate -
This arrangemet can be confusing due to the fact that each terminal is half circle and
a gate can be between 2 limo areas.
We do recommend to call our office at 214 575 7344 if you can not find your driver.
We add a special section in this web site for pictures of all the pick points.


What happened when there is a delay flights ?


All reservations are subject to availability. Availability will be reduced due to whether and special events.
Unsafe driving condition will stop all rides. Federal Limo do not charge for delays and We will monitor the 
flights and make sure that a driver will be waiting.


What happened when passenger change his flight ?


Customer must advise the change to Federal Limousine at 214.575.7344.

This change need to be noted at least 4 hours before the arrival or it will be subject to a full no show charge.


Where Can I find my driver at the Cowboy Stadium ?


Limousine parking is available on Randol Mill Road and on Cowboys Way. A limousine parking pass is 
required. The issue about that is the fact that when there is 1000 Limos it will be hard
to find the driver. We do recommend to get the driver phone and to coordinate a pick up.


Can I make stops or take a scenic route to my hotel from the Airport?


Federal Limo Airport Transfer rates are based on a point to point transfer and your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If, you would prefer a specific route or to make stops along the way - our hourly rates and minimums will apply, plus applicable fees/taxes and gratuity.


Where do I meet my Chauffeur for pick-up at the airport?


Each airport pick-up location is different. When we email you the reservation confirmation we will list pick-up locations for your specific airport(s). Or you may also call us at 214 575 7344 for specific instructions.


When is my credit card charged?


Federal Limo will charge a non refundable $100 and the balance a week before the ride. However, the cardholder
is required to present the credit card provided at booking to the Chauffeur at pick-up. All sedan airport rides will be charge after the ride.


Can I pay for the reservation in Cash instead of using the credit card that was provided when I made the reservation?




Are there any age restrictions when hiring a limousine?


Children under 12 need to be accompanied by adults of service.


How will I know if my reservation is confirmed or not?


We will send an e-mail to confirm your reservation to the e-mail address provided on the reservation form.


What happened in a case that my driver is late?


Federal Limo will replace the driver with another Limo, In case of late to a flight Customer will recieved a 10% credit on his ride.
Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, Not 
responsible on all Cowboy Stadium delays.


What happened in a case of Mechanical Breakdown?


Federal Limo is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.Federal Limo will issue 10% credit.


What happened in case of damage to the limo?


The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused for duration of the rental by them or any members of their party which includes downtime. A fee of $300.00 for each carpet or seat burn or cut. Sanitation fee of $250.00 will apply in case access dirt or any paint.
